Thread of the Day: Can a Minivan Be Made Cool?

Minivans carry a certain stigma that they can't seem to shake: they are the opposite of cool. But forum member Redchocobo1 recently saw a Toyota Sienna with what he calls "nice looking rims and what appeared to be some sporty side skirts," which he though "looked pretty sporty" for a minivan. He also says the late Mazda MPV "could look sporty with the right wheel combination." Dodge also offers the Grand Caravan in a sporty R/T trim, attempting to de-stigmatize the "mommy-mobile" image.
